Applied AI Analyst

An applied AI analyst at Synthesis CG helps build AI-enabled data solutions from scratch. They combine analytical depth, technical problem-solving, and practical business understanding to create workflows, tools, and systems that help solve complex client challenges.

We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Python, confident working with AI tools, and excited by the challenge of building scraping, analysis, automation, and database solutions across diverse industries.

🟰Key responsibilities🟰

• Contribute to building data and AI-based workflows based on client or internal business needs
• Help design and develop scraping, data collection, analysis, and database solutions
• Analyze structured and unstructured data using Python and AI workflows and turn it into clear, usable outputs
• Work with AI tools and APIs to create practical workflows for research, monitoring, automation, and insight generation
• Help define technical approaches for custom solutions: what data is needed, how it should be collected, structured, analyzed, and delivered
• Use Git-based workflows to develop, manage, and improve analytical and technical solutions collaboratively
• Translate complex business questions into robust analytical logic and practical technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that combine data, technology, research, and strategy
• Contribute to internal R&D and experimentation around new AI workflows, data products, and analytical tools

🟰Skills that would help in this role🟰

• Hands-on experience in Python for data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization
• Interest in building analytical and technical solutions, not only working with predefined tasks
• Understanding of how AI tools can be applied in practical workflows, including APIs, agents, prompt-based logic, and workflow design
• Experience with scraping, data collection logic, and working with multiple data sources
• Experience working with databases and understanding of how they can be integrated into analytical and automation pipelines
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development
• Ability to think structurally, work through ambiguity, and connect technical execution with real business needs
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical logic and outputs to non-technical colleagues and clients
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment across varied project types and industries

Net salary: 2200-3000 EUR.
