Product Manager

At Inventi, we build payment infrastructure technology for payment service providers. Our payments platform connects customers to SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2 and other payment systems through a single API.

We're growing and looking for a Product Manager to join one of our cross-functional product teams. You'll own a core product line, shape its vision and strategy, and drive execution end-to-end working closely with engineers, sales, customers and other stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Own and drive your product line from vision to delivery
• Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among engineers, product, and business stakeholders
• Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals
• Analyze customer behavior and needs to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities
• Work closely with clients to gain a clear understanding of who they are and what they need
• Understand and learn about the fintech market
  
  

About you:

• Proven experience in product management (tech or fintech preferred)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or startup environments
• Data-driven, with strong prioritization and decision-making skills
• Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and take ownership
• Fast learner with a bias for action
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the payments industry is a strong plus
