About the Position

We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher to design, implement, and improve algorithmic trading models. You will work across the full strategy lifecycle — from signal discovery and backtesting to deployment and ongoing performance evaluation — helping strengthen the firm’s research and execution capabilities.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Design, implement, and refine systematic, data-driven models for financial markets.
• Analyze high-frequency market data to identify patterns, structural effects, and inefficiencies.
• Evaluate model performance and adjust parameters based on observed behavior and statistical feedback.
• Conduct performance and risk analysis to improve robustness and stability.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to enhance modeling frameworks and system efficiency.

What You Bring to the Team

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, physics, or data science, with emphasis on strong probabilistic thinking.
• Proficiency in Python/C#/C++.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Passion for financial markets and strong trading intuition, with the ability to identify patterns and assess risk in dynamic market environments.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.

We Would Consider as an Advantage

• Previous experience as a quant trader or quant researcher is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of market microstructure and liquidity fragmentation.
• Exposure to high-frequency or intraday strategies.

What Does Not Matter

• Years of experience — mastery takes time, but we don’t put arbitrary numbers on it.
• Your previous industry — finance or trading experience is not required.

• Base salary range: €4,000 - €8,000 gross per month based on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
