Azure Platform Engineer (Freelance / Contractor/permanent contract ) – Luxembourg

Elyah Group is a Luxembourg-based consulting firm supporting clients across Technology, Finance and Engineering through consulting assignments and expert freelance consultants.

We are currently looking for an Azure Platform Engineer to support one of our clients on a cloud governance and automation initiative.

Your responsibilities

• Implement governance standards across Azure cloud resources
• Define and maintain Azure policies and governance rules
• Build templates and automation for Azure resource deployment
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Design and implement release pipelines and approval workflows
• Deploy and manage Azure services across environments
• Support teams in adopting governance best practices
• Document activities in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow

Required experience

• 3+ years experience in Cloud Engineering / Azure Infrastructure
• Strong Azure governance and policy implementation experience
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Azure CLI, PowerShell)
• Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines experience
• YAML pipelines, release gates, approvals, variable groups
• Azure services deployment (VM, Web Apps, APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid)
• Experience in enterprise environments

Certifications (required)

• Microsoft Azure Administrator
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
