You will support financial institutions on technology‑enabled and data‑driven transformation initiatives.

🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:

Support IT strategy, governance and delivery setups.

• Translate business needs into structured requirements.

• Support operating model and sourcing reflections.

• Support data‑driven transformation initiatives (data platforms, reporting, analytics, regulatory).

• Contribute to system implementation and data migration programs.

• Support proposal preparation and delivery on technology and data intensive bids.

• With increasing responsibility, take ownership of workstreams, client interactions and team coordination.

💡 Your Profile

You’re the right fit if you:

• Hold a Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics, Engineering or similar).

• Have proven experience in Consulting, Business Analysis or Project Management within Financial Services.

• Are comfortable bridging business and technology topics.

• Have exposure to data, architecture, reporting or regulatory data topics.

• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).

• Combine structuring skills, pragmatism and a client‑oriented mindset.
