ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
We want you to be a part of our team, from Luxembourg, as an Senior Service Contract Performance Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Monitor and manage performance of IT managed service contracts
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations
- Analyze service performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Review SLA results and calculate deviations/penalties where applicable
- Coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders
- Lead and participate in service and project coordination meetings
- Oversee project delivery and documentation quality
- Support service improvement initiatives and contract lifecycle activities
- Align services with business needs and IT strategy
Education & Languages
- Master’s degree (or equivalent – EQF Level 7)
- English (B2 minimum)
- French (B2 minimum)
- 15+ years in IT service management
- 5+ years managing large IT outsourcing / managed services contracts
- Experience with large teams (100+ FTE)
- Complex infrastructure environments (data centres, cloud, OS)
- Strong background in:
- SLA management & reporting
- Contract lifecycle management
- ITIL-based service management
- 5+ years in project/program management
- PM2
- ITIL Foundation
- Valid EU SECRET / SECRET UE clearance (mandatory)
- Applications without this clearance cannot be considered
