The Role:

As Senior Product Manager, your primary focus will be on delivery excellence and execution at scale. Rather than owning high‑level ideation, you will ensure that product strategy is translated into well‑defined, prioritised, and consistently delivered features across multiple teams.

You will act as the connective layer between leadership, Product Owners, engineering, and delivery stakeholders- removing friction, improving flow, and ensuring predictable outcomes.

What You Will Do:

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of product features across multiple Scrum teams, from commitment through to release.
• Ensure product initiatives are clearly defined, well‑scoped, and ready for development, with strong acceptance criteria and dependencies managed.
• Lead and coach Product Owners, supporting them in backlog quality, refinement practices, and delivery forecasting.
• Own product operations, including backlog management, delivery cadence, release coordination, and operational improvements.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable epics, features, and delivery plans, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused.
• Act as a central point of alignment between engineering, design, commercial, and leadership stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor delivery performance using data and metrics (e.g. throughput, predictability, quality) and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion consistent use of Agile and SAFe delivery practices, tooling (e.g. Jira), and ways of working across teams.
• Enable teams through clear communication, documentation, training, and shared delivery standards.

Your Skills & Experience

You will bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, Product Lead, or similar delivery‑focused role.
• Proven experience delivering complex B2B SaaS features in scaled, multi‑team environments.
• Strong background working closely with engineering teams, ensuring predictable delivery and high execution standards.
• Experience leading or mentoring Product Owners and improving delivery processes.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and hands‑on experience with tools like Jira.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance priorities and manage dependencies.
• A pragmatic, data‑driven mindset with a strong focus on outcomes, quality, and flow efficiency.
