Product Owner

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Information Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the backlog, defining clear user stories and sprint goals for the migration team.
• Translate business needs into actionable outcomes, balancing business value and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with developers, UX designers, QA engineers, solution architects, and content coordinators to ensure a controlled and timely migration.
• Collaborate with the XMC Project Manager to align the migration with broader business objectives and deadlines.
• Ensure technical quality, avoiding quick fixes, and guiding the team toward sustainable, maintainable solutions.
• Actively manage stakeholder communication, including internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, Info/Business Analyst, or similar role;
• Proven experience with CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore XM / XM Cloud migrations;
• Strong experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and working in sprints;
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical user stories;
• Experience collaborating with external agencies or implementation partners;
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
