🔎We are looking for a Python Developer

Main Tasks:

• Develop and maintain Python code to compute indices within the Dataiku platform.
• Design optimized and scalable data processing flows for large datasets.
• Evaluate feasibility and technical complexity of new use cases and projects.
• Ensure code robustness, maintainability, and adherence to best development practices.
• Perform peer code reviews and ensure the overall quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to align progress and clarify requirements.
• Produce clear technical documentation, including code comments and architectural details.
• Monitor production workloads, improving application performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the successful development and delivery of new index families over the next six months.

Your Profile and Skills

• Strong professional experience in Python development (senior level).
• Solid understanding of data processing, data pipelines, and scalable architectures.
• Experience working with Dataiku or similar data platforms is a strong advantage.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and tested code.
• Familiarity with best practices in code quality, version control, and peer reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience monitoring production environments and optimizing performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Comfortable writing technical documentation and explaining complex concepts clearly.

Hybrid work model, with presence required in Porto office.
