Marketing Graphic Designer

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will create compelling visual experiences across digital and print channels, shaping the brand identity and enhancing customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver creative assets that drive business outcomes, from website visuals and social campaigns to marketing collateral and UI elements. This role offers the opportunity to influence brand consistency, experiment with innovative design solutions, and contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will bring both artistic vision and practical execution, ensuring that every visual element aligns with strategic objectives and resonates with target audiences.

Accountabilities

• Design and maintain cohesive visual identities across websites, email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Develop engaging graphics, presentations, one-pagers, infographics, and guides that support marketing and product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and visual alignment across all touchpoints.
• Create responsive website layouts, digital assets, and UI elements that balance aesthetics with conversion goals.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and creative standards.
• Stay current on visual design, web design, and digital marketing trends to continuously enhance creative output.
• Deliver high-quality creative work on time without compromising attention to detail.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, or related visual design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and web design platforms.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with product design or UI/UX is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute pixel-perfect designs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Experience in startup or tech environments is a plus.
