Your new role

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices while ensuring clear backlog prioritization and delivery of business value.


The role involves leading Scrum ceremonies, monitoring progress, removing impediments and fostering continuous improvement in close collaboration with Product Owners.


You will work daily with engineers, business stakeholders, leadership and the Agile community to promote effective, self‑organizing teams.


Your responsabilities will be to:

  • Ensure the product backlog is refine, prioritized, and contains actionable items.
  • Establish, track, and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts and sprint progress.
  • Proactively remove impediments to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Guide and support the development team in effective agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives), as well as PI planning sessions.
  • Support Product and Solution Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: including data engineers, technical teams, testing and integration COEs, product managers, and tech leadership to organize sprints for new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to team agreements, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Working Agreements.
  • Support sprint and release planning and readiness, and cutover planning where applicable.
  • Contribute to company agile community initiatives.
  • Promote continuous improvement and team maturity using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure collaboration between development, business, product and solution owners, and other additional key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with agile frameworks and best practices.



What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master in complex software development environments.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of Scrum and Agile frameworks (SAFe is a strong plus).
  • Proven experience coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile ways of working and mindset adoption.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps.
  • Comfortable operating in an Agile delivery environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
  • Prior experience in transportation management, supply chain management or logistics environments is valued.
  • SAFe experience and certifications, as well as Scrum Master certification, are preferred.
  • Technical background and/or previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a collaborative approach across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, distributed environments with high delivery expectations.
  • Strong willingness to learn, improve product delivery processes and team dynamics.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
