ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly documentation by translating complex technical concepts and source code into high-quality content. Working closely with engineers and leveraging AI-assisted tools, you’ll generate, review, and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability for both end users and support teams. This role offers strong cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to shape modern, AI-enhanced documentation practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate closely with project engineers to obtain and understand source code, technical implementations, and product behavior;
- Use an AI agent to generate end-user and internal documentation;
- Review, edit, and proofread AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and a professional tone;
- Translate complex technical concepts and code logic into clear, user-focused documentation;
- Test, evaluate, and improve AI agent outputs by refining prompts and providing feedback;
- Ensure documentation aligns with product updates, engineering changes, and support needs;
- Maintain documentation standards, structure, and best practices across deliverables.

MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of experience in a related role;
- Ability to understand and read code and convert technical logic into documentation using AI;
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work with ambiguity;
- Ability to analyze technical information, identify gaps, and ask the right questions;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams;
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and improve its quality;
- Availability for overlap with EST time zone;
- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES
- Previous experience as a developer or technical writer;
- Experience or background as a QA Engineer, BA, or PM;
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation or prompt engineering;
- Experience working with developer tools, APIs, or SaaS products;
- Understanding of end-user support processes and troubleshooting workflows.
