We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist position on behalf of a well established Insurance organisation
HR Generalist
Dublin South - Hybrid role (2ays on-site)
45,000 to 55,000 euros per annum

Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process from advertising to offer
- Support on employee queries, HR administration and HRIS
- Assist with HR projects and implementations
- Support on well-being and engagement, including strategy development
- Liaise with vendors to organise internal HR events
- Support and run on-boarding induction
- Stakeholder management and liaising with senior management on HR needs
- Work alongside the HRBP on any aspects of ER and performance management
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a HR role, ideally within a dynamic HR Generalist role, must have proven Financial Services or Insurance industry experience
- HR qualification or equivalent
- Keen understanding of well-being, engagement, recruitment and general life-cycle process
- Strong communication, innovation and organisation skills
