We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist position on behalf of a well established Insurance organisation

HR Generalist

Dublin South - Hybrid role (2ays on-site)

45,000 to 55,000 euros per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process from advertising to offer
  • Support on employee queries, HR administration and HRIS
  • Assist with HR projects and implementations
  • Support on well-being and engagement, including strategy development
  • Liaise with vendors to organise internal HR events
  • Support and run on-boarding induction
  • Stakeholder management and liaising with senior management on HR needs
  • Work alongside the HRBP on any aspects of ER and performance management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a HR role, ideally within a dynamic HR Generalist role, must have proven Financial Services or Insurance industry experience
  • HR qualification or equivalent
  • Keen understanding of well-being, engagement, recruitment and general life-cycle process
  • Strong communication, innovation and organisation skills
