Junior SecOps Analyst – Prisma Access

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior SecOps Analyst to support Security Operations for a cloud-based SASE environment using Prisma Access. You’ll assist in monitoring, incident analysis, policy support, and day-to-day SOC activities, working closely with security, network, and cloud teams.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Monitor Prisma Access alerts, logs, and events
• Perform first-level incident analysis and escalation
• Support security policy maintenance and configuration changes
• Assist with connectivity and access issue troubleshooting
• Review logs, dashboards, and contribute to reports and documentation
• Participate in on-call duty (1 week per month, standby only)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in SecOps or network/security roles
• Hands-on exposure to Prisma Access (required)
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and perimeter security
• Technical degree or equivalent education in IT/Networking
• English B2+ (spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow established procedures

Nice to have: Prisma or entry-level security/network certifications
