Agile Coach

We are seeking a strong Agile Coach / Scrum master for a high growth fintech company.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach teams in safe Agile best practices, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Scrum or Kanban frameworks. This includes facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to align team activities with overall project goals and timelines. Assist in refining product backlogs, prioritizing work, and ensuring clear communication of priorities and requirements across all teams.
• Actively identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the progress of up to five teams. This includes collaboration with other teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure all teams have the necessary resources and support.
• Assist Team leads in managing backlogs, refining user stories, and prioritizing tasks to align with business goals and customer needs, ensuring consistency and clarity across all teams.
• Utilize JIRA for tracking project progress, managing backlogs, and reporting on key metrics. This includes configuring JIRA boards, creating custom workflows, and ensuring that all teams leverage JIRA effectively for transparency and productivity.

Your experience:

• 3+ year experience as Scrum Master and strong Jira experience
