Human Resources Coordinator – Romania (m/f)

CJR Renewables, a global company specialized in renewable energy solutions, is expanding in Romania and is looking to integrate a Human Resources Coordinator into its team. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR policy in the country, aligned with the company’s global objectives. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong knowledge of Romanian labor law, proven leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset, ready to contribute to the company’s sustainable growth while supporting local teams with effective communication and a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HR strategy for Romania in alignment with global business objectives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with Romanian labor legislation and internal company policies.
• Manage employee relations, external partners, and interactions with local authorities.
• Support local teams by fostering strong communication, alignment, and a positive work environment.
• Monitor HR KPIs and prepare regular reports for global leadership.
• Oversee attendance, working hours, and absence management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Romanian labor regulations, and timely reporting.
• Oversee and control the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and effective coordination with internal or external payroll providers.

Profile

• Proven experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law.
• Experience in multinational environments or expansion contexts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Autonomous, results‑oriented, and adaptable to fast‑changing environments.
• Demonstrated experience in payroll control.
