They are seeking a Global Sourcing Technical Project Manager

The job:

The Technical Project Manager II will be responsible for the leadership of the Operations portion of new product development projects, site transfers, acquisition integrations and other complex manufacturing project initiatives associated with Sourced Finished Medical Device products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams consisting of Supplier resources.
• Assemble the cross functional resources required to drive project completion.
• Identify, coordinate, and ensure completion all activities required to for an assigned project or task while confirming current policies and best practices.
• Prioritize projects and activities based on business need, timing, and financial risk.
• Ensure successful execution of projects using various tool kits, work instructions and best practices.
• Create project tracking plans, schedules, and risks for projects and communicate across the organization as applicable

You will have:

• 12+ years engineering experience (manufacturing, process development or related)
• Level 8 Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering
• 5+ years technical project management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• 2+ years experience working with external manufacturing partners.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time regional and international.
