Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager?

Do you have experience governing Business Projects within banking or payment industry?

We are looking for an experienced Project / Solution Manager (Hybrid & Agile) for one of our clients in Zurich, Switzerland, to join the Solution Management & Business Projects team in a permanent position.

You will step into a well‑established environment, with enough room to shape the future rather than having to “move every mountain yourself”.

In this role, you will lead hybrid projects (classic and scaled agile) from planning through to handover into operations. You will manage scope, cost, timelines and quality, work closely with product owners, ARTs and RTEs, and ensure that requirements are prioritised and refined in line with business objectives. You will coordinate a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, coach and lead cross‑functional teams, remove impediments and actively support continuous improvement and efficiency.

If you have several years of hands‑on project management experience, feel confident working in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe environments, and enjoy bringing structure to complex, interconnected topics, this is an excellent opportunity. A background in the financial or payment industry is an advantage, as is a solid understanding of software development and enterprise architectures.

Fluent German (C2) and business‑level English are essential.
