Mission:

The mission of the position is managing projects from the beginning (offer) until the end taking into consideration customer requirements, company’s targets, and project goals.


Functions:

  • Preparation of project bid calculations based on cost and effort estimations and pricing strategies.
  • Offer and contract negotiations.
  • Keeping close contact to customers and building/strengthen customer relations.
  • Leading an interdisciplinary project team across different sites.
  • Monitoring of the project progress.
  • Project Controlling.
  • Ensuring budget compliance and on-time deliveries of all project deliverables.
  • Elaboration of action plans in case of deviations.
  • Involvement in customer complaint investigations.
  • General logistics tasks.
  • Order management in SAP.


Requirements:

  • Technical/Higher Industrial Engineering Degree.
  • Experience between 2-3 years managing industrial projects.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project and knowledge of SAP is desirable.
  • Availability to travel (limited).
