The Mission

You will lead and participate in strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing the digital journey of the employee. From implementing cutting-edge monitoring tools to designing the future of the digital workplace, your work will have a direct impact on organizational productivity and satisfaction.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• DEX Strategy: Design, deploy, and configure Digital Employee Experience solutions to monitor and improve device and application performance.
• Tool Implementation: Take ownership of DEX platforms (such as Nexthink or similar market leaders) to identify and resolve workplace friction proactively.
• Workplace Evolution: Contribute to the transformation of digital workplace services, including device management, virtualization, and proactive monitoring.
• Global Collaboration: Work within a high-standard international environment, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze telemetry data to suggest enhancements in the employee's digital lifecycle.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• DEX Expertise: Proven experience implementing and managing Digital Employee Experience technologies (e.g., Nexthink, Lakeside, or 1E).
• Workplace Background: Solid understanding of modern workplace services (Device Management, Virtualization, Intune/SCCM, etc.).
• International Experience: Previous experience working within large, global organizations is essential.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate technical monitoring data into strategic workplace improvements.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (C1-C2) is mandatory for daily international collaboration.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical squads and business leadership.
