As Planning & Analytics Manager for our telco company's Flanker Brands portfolio (e.g., Yallo, Lebara, swype,CH Mobile), you will drive commercial performance through precise planning, advanced analytics, and actionable insights. You will oversee subscriber growth, revenue forecasting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across mobile and broadband services. Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, and BI teams, you will enable data-driven decisions and sustainable growth for our flanker brands in the Swiss telecommunications market.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Lead planning and analytics for mobile and broadband subscriber metrics, ARPU, churn, revenue, and other core telco KPIs across Flanker Brands
• Develop, refine, and maintain advanced analytics models and planning tools to ensure forecast accuracy and operational transparency
• Analyze commercial strategies, promotions, market dynamics, and telco-specific trends (e.g., network expansions, regulatory changes) to deliver scenario planning and impact assessments
• Monitor actual performance against plans, detect variances early, and recommend targeted commercial adjustments
• Deliver monthly performance reports, outlooks, and long-term planning inputs to Finance, Controlling, and Executive Management
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product & Proposition, and Sales to integrate analytics into campaigns, product launches, and distribution strategies
• Support annual budgeting, operational planning, and telco roadmap prioritization with robust data analysis and business rationale
  
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• University degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years in planning, analytics, FP&A, or commercial analytics roles, ideally within telecommunications or subscription-based industries
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable
• Proven ability to create highly accurate forecasts that adapt to market changes, trends, and external factors
• Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex data and communicate them clearly
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with excellent stakeholder management in cross-functional telco environments
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another language (Italian, German, or French) is a strong advantage
