Data & BI Analyst

Data & BI Analyst and its responsibilities

As a Data & BI Analyst, you will have the opportunity to grow in challenging and innovating projects with colleagues from cross-functional backgrounds, develop new skills and progress in your international professional career.

As an example, a Data&BI Analyst could be working on one or several of the following:

Data Engineering & Data Governance

• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to optimize data pipelines and ensure the quality, integrity, and availability of information;
• Play a key role in the new data model for Latin America reporting module
• Extract, transform, and model complex data structures;
• Support the evolution of the data architecture and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
  
  

Analytics e Business Intelligence (BI)

• Analyse and understand the main processes from the different business areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing…)
• Work closely with internal teams to understand reporting and analytical needs;
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using DataViz tools;
• Provide support and training to users on how to interpret and leverage reports effectively.
  
  

Data Science And Machine Learning

• Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement;
• Build and apply statistical and predictive models to optimize marketing and sales decisions.
  
  

Automation And Operational Efficiency

• Implement process automations to enhance efficiency and reliability in data operations.
• Prototype AI agents to automate repetitive tasks of moderate complexity

Experience And Qualifications

The role will be a great fit for someone who has:

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Solid skills in data modelling and building interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience working in development environments and with data languages/frameworks (e.g., TSQL, PLSQL, Pandas, Numpy)
• Familiarity with automation and process optimization to drive efficiency.
• Knowledge of statistical or predictive modelling to support business decisions.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, data-driven approach.
  
  

Location

The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with occasional global travel expected.
