What You Will Do

  • This is a 6 months Fixed Term Contract **

Requirements

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, providing technology guidance, and supporting project implementation and maintenance activities. You will collaborate with teams to develop practical solutions, maintain documentation, and assist in testing and technical support to ensure successful project outcomes:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement dynamic data models and processing logic to uncover hidden trends, drive strategic decision-making, and support moderately complex analytics applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to develop automated data pipelines, define and validate technical specifications, and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Innovate and refine data visualization techniques to present complex datasets in intuitive and impactful ways for diverse stakeholders.
  • Leverage advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to predict future business outcomes and optimize performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging data tools and technologies to elevate analytical capabilities, operational efficiency, and business process improvements.
  • Analyze and interpret business requirements to provide technical guidance for the design, development, and maintenance of data solutions.
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with procedural standards to ensure successful implementation.
  • Document development processes and maintain records to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide routine technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support operational activities including vendor coordination and resolution of day-to-day technology challenges.

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant quantitative field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
  • Proficiency in fundamental data manipulation and analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing analytics solutions using large-scale data processing frameworks and ETL tools.
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines and working with cloud-based data platforms or big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and database management systems.
  • Experience working in structured project environments with Agile or similar methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
  • Ability to progressively take ownership of moderately complex technical tasks while working under supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
