The combination of our services enables our clients to set strategic direction and ensure that the right team is in place for effective strategy implementation. We call these projects Full Potential Journeys, a combination of all our services which accounting for over one-third of our turnover.

We are growing

We are seeing a dramatic increase in demand for our combined services, leading to continued growth, both organically and through M&A of other top-tier Nordic boutiques. As a result, we need to grow our team. We expect to reach SEK 1 billion by 2030 and then expand further internationally. Navigio Capital is also entering a new stage of development, where we aim to acquire significantly larger companies.

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in our Executive Search team at Navigio, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to identify and secure top leadership talent for leading organisations. In this role, you will gain immediate exposure to high-level clients and candidates, contributing to various stages of the executive search process while building a strong foundation for your career in professional services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with C-level executives (CEOs, CXOs) and senior stakeholders to understand their business needs, culture, and strategic objectives
• Contributing to detailed analyses of the competencies, personality traits, and motivations required for success in senior roles
• Engaging with senior candidates, conducting initial interviews, and assessing their fit for leadership positions
• Partnering with the Project Manager to present findings and provide strategic recommendations to clients

We are looking for positive team players with:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic credentials
• You have a strong interest in business, tech and behavioral science
• You have a high analytical ability, high energy, good social and rhetorical ability
