Every engineer at Avy works with AI daily. Our stack includes an in-house agentic framework, RAG architecture, vector search, and LLM orchestration in production. We expect you to be fluent with AI-assisted development tools and genuinely curious about pushing AI capabilities further — whether that's improving Davy's accuracy, building new AI-powered features, or rethinking how we architect our AI platform.
If you've been experimenting with LLMs, building with retrieval-augmented generation, or thinking about how to ship AI reliably at scale — we want to talk.
About us
We are B2B2C modular SaaS platform, powered by AI. Across ~40 different modules we are heavily relying on various integrations (payments, smart-locks, marketplaces) and AI. As the leading Tenant Experience platform in the Nordics, we reach more than 450,000 households - approximately 20% of all rental tenants in Sweden.
Role Description
We're looking for an Integration Consultant who can both build these integrations and own the customer relationship around them. This is a technical role — you'll write Go, design APIs, and debug data flows. But you'll also sit in rooms with customers, understand their systems, and figure out how to make two worlds talk to each other.
You'll be part of our integration team, working closely with project managers and customer-facing teams to onboard new housing companies onto the Avy platform. Day to day, that means:
- Designing and building integrations in Go against external property management systems — REST APIs, SOAP, file-based transfers, event-driven patterns
- Mapping and transforming data between Avy's platform and customer systems — tenant data, lease information, billing, work orders
- Working directly with customers to understand their technical landscape, gather requirements, and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborating with project managers to plan integration timelines, set priorities, and communicate progress
- Maintaining and improving existing integrations — monitoring reliability, handling edge cases, improving performance
- Documenting integration patterns and building reusable components so we scale faster with each new customer
- Contributing to our integration platform architecture as we grow
Qualifications
- Production experience writing Go — this is our primary language for integrations
- Solid understanding of API design, integration patterns, and data transformation
- Experience interfacing with external systems — REST, SOAP, webhooks, file-based exchanges
- Comfort working directly with customers — you can run a technical meeting, gather requirements, and explain complex topics clearly
- Self-driven work style — you manage your time, set priorities, and deliver without needing constant direction
- Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to debugging integration issues
- Fluency in Swedish and English — this is a hard requirement given the customer-facing nature of the role
What we offer:
- Opportunity to shape the technical direction of a fast-growing prop-tech scale-up
- Collaborative and innovative work environment
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Professional development opportunities
- Chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and solve complex problems
Location (on-site):
Stockholm, Sweden
For this position, Avy is working with internal recruitment resources and is not accepting external agencies. Those kind of requests will not be answered.
