Senior DevOps Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a technically advanced environment within defense and sensor technology, contributing to mission-critical systems used globally.

In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining automated deployment pipelines and Linux-based development environments, with a strong emphasis on stability, security, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

Location: Northern Stockholm (Onsite)

Mode of work - 4 days onsite

Duration: 8 Months + Extensions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing

• Manage and optimize Linux-based virtualized environments

• Work with Ansible, Jenkins, and Git for automation and deployment

• Configure and troubleshoot servers and embedded systems

• Support complex environments involving networking (DNS, LDAP, certificates)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve stability and quality

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

• Solid experience with Linux environments (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)

• Experience working with networking concepts (DNS, LDAP, certificates)

• Experience with virtualization environments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with embedded systems CI/CD (e.g., Yocto Linux)

• Experience with Docker, VMware vCenter, Artifactory

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)
