Product Manager (Agentic AI)

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to build and scale agent-driven products at the cutting edge of LLMs.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years in software, with ownership of an AI / LLM-powered product
• Hands-on experience building agent-based systems (tool use, planning, multi-step workflows)
• Strong technical fluency — you can read code, model outputs, and evals
• Sharp product instincts — you know how to balance speed vs foundations
• Strong opinions on agent UX: reliability, error handling, and user trust

Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks

What you’ll do

• Own the product end-to-end: strategy, discovery, and execution
• Run deep discovery across users, competitors, and agent performance
• Define and maintain the quality bar for agent outputs
• Build and improve evaluation frameworks to catch regressions early
• Ship fast, validate with real users, and iterate constantly
• Enable commercial teams to clearly communicate new capabilities
