Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD and Azure cloud services. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing DevOps pipelines, ensuring secure and efficient deployments, and supporting cloud infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & CI/CD

• Design and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines (YAML)
• Develop reusable templates, multi-stage and multi-environment pipelines
• Implement approval workflows and compliance gates
• Manage runners (Kubernetes & shell), caching, and artifacts
• Handle secrets management using Vault / Azure Key Vault

Security & Release Management

• Implement SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning
• Manage CI/CD security and compliance controls
• Perform blue-green and canary deployments on AKS / Web Apps
• Enable progressive delivery and rollback automation

Azure Cloud Platform

• Work with Azure core services:
• Compute: VMSS
• Storage: Blob, Files
• Networking: VNet, NSG, UDR, Load Balancers, App Gateway (WAF)
• Manage identity and access (Managed Identity, RBAC)
• Handle secrets and key management (Azure Key Vault)
• Monitoring & Operations
• Configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL queries
• Set up alerts and action groups
• Manage backup & disaster recovery (Recovery Services Vault, snapshots)

Automation & Infrastructure as Code

• Develop infrastructure using Terraform (AzureRM)
• Manage state, workspaces, and modules
• Use Bicep for resource-level deployments
• Automate tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Implement Logic Apps / Azure Functions for automation workflows

Governance & Cost Management

• Apply Azure Policy and remediation tasks
• Monitor costs, budgets, and quotas using Azure Advisor
• Ensure compliance with subscription and tenant limits

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Azure DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure platform services
• Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
• Experience in security, monitoring, and automation
• Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
