Do you want to play a central role in improving and digitalising our costing processes? We are looking for a skilled Product Costing Process Manager to strengthen our global costing function and ensure high‑quality, standardised costing processes across all sites. In this role, you will work hands‑on with standard costing, master data, and cost roll cycles while driving accuracy, structure, and strong process governance. You will manage large datasets with precision, execute mass data uploads in D365/AX, and validate key costing elements such as BOMs, routings, overheads, and costing sheets.

What will you be working with?

  • Managing and validating large costing datasets with high accuracy.
  • Executing standard costing cycles, master data updates, and cost roll activities.
  • Owning and coordinating the costing process execution, ensuring all inputs, calculations, validations, and outputs are delivered on time and consistently.
  • Coordinating and aligning contributions from multiple supporting teams (GBS, Procurement, Planners, Operations, Finance) throughout the costing cycle.
  • Handling mass uploads, pricing updates, and structured data flows in D365/AX.
  • Validating BOMs, routings, overheads, and costing sheets.
  • Supporting automation initiatives and process improvements.
  • Strengthening costing governance, documentation, and data integrity.

What are we Looking For?

  • 3–5 years of experience in standard costing, operations finance, or master data.
  • Expert‑level in Excel skills (PowerQuery, pivots, advanced formulas; macros a plus).
  • Strong ERP experience, ideally Dynamics D365/AX.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing costing and production structures.
  • Ability to manage and validate large volumes of data with precision.
  • Analytical mindset, structured approach, and strong numerical accuracy.
  • Experience preparing audit/SOX documentation.
  • Experience with automation or digitalisation (PowerBI, ETL, scripting)
  • Background in multi‑site or global manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to cost modelling or margin analysis
