Product Manager

We are a well-established company that has successfully represented leading international medical device manufacturers in Türkiye for many years. As part of our growing organization, we are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Product Manager to lead and expand our endoscopy business line.

This role goes beyond a traditional product management position. The ideal candidate will act as a business owner, driving commercial success, managing supplier relationships, and supporting the sales organization in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the endoscopy product portfolio
• Manage relationships with global suppliers/manufacturers, including regular communication and negotiations
• Identify new product opportunities and contribute to portfolio expansion
• Support and guide the sales team in the field, including joint hospital visits when needed
• Lead product positioning, pricing, and offer strategy
• Work closely with distributors and contribute to channel development and management
• Conduct product trainings and ensure strong technical and commercial understanding across the team
• Manage KOL relationships and support product demonstrations in hospitals and operating rooms
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in medical device industry
• Experience in endoscopy or capital equipment sales is strongly preferred
• Strong command of English (required for supplier communication)
• Proven commercial mindset with ability to manage products as a business
• Experience in supplier/distributor management is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel and actively engage in the field when required
