Job Description
We're looking for a passionate Lead Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join an exciting EdTech project for one of our clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of machine learning models and data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with the client's product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into their platform
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines ensuring data quality and reliability
- Research and implement new algorithms and technologies to enhance product performance
- Present insights and recommendations to both internal and client stakeholders
- Support decision-making through data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Ensure best practices in coding, documentation, and model deployment
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, and solid knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Deep understanding of statistics, data modeling, and MLOps principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- English at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken)
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
