Security Compliance Manager

Information Security Compliance Business Partner | Warsaw (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week)

We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation headquartered in Warsaw, operating across Europe and Mexico, providing credit and insurance to underserved customers.

This is a global, business-facing GRC role where you’ll act as the key security contact for a local market, ensuring alignment with regulations like DORA, PSD2, and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GRC and regulatory compliance locally
• Act as the Security Business Partner to senior stakeholders
• Oversee risk, controls, and compliance maturity
• Drive remediation plans and regulatory alignment
• Represent Security at leadership and board level

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Information Security / IT Risk / GRC
• Experience with DORA, PSD2, GDPR, ISO 27001
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments

This is full time employment up to 25,000 PLN per month and hybrid 1-2 days per week in Warsaw
