Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end software projects within our Global Software Solutions (GSS) organization. This senior role will drive requirements, solution design, planning, and delivery of key initiatives in the Advanced Safety & User Experience segment. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions shaping the future of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate market trends, customer requirements, and product vision into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and define sprint deliverables.
• Partner with program and project management teams to monitor feature implementation and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Develop and execute structured test plans for prototype software validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based services, APIs, and web-based engineering tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience delivering international projects with ownership of business targets and industrialization.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.

Salary Range:

B2B - PLN 120-124/hour
