Data Engineer

We are looking for "Data Engineer” with the following qualifications.

Who You Are?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering or similar data-focused roles
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and Apache Spark (PySpark preferred)
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline development (batch processing)
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hive, Impala, and Kafka
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
• Knowledge of Git-based development workflows
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Spark applications
• Familiarity with data science / ML concepts and collaboration with data scientists
• Ability to work within a cross-functional squad in a customer environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Proactive and clear communication approach
• B2+ level English proficiency

What You Will Do?

• Design, develop, and maintain batch data pipelines
• Build and optimize Spark-based data processing jobs
• Process and integrate data from multiple sources using Spark-based architectures
• Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts within a customer-side squad
• Schedule and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data engineering standards and best practices
