Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – MEP Company | Dubai

Talents Tide is looking for its client in Dubai for a highly experienced and strategic CEO to lead a well-established MEP organization.

• Provide strategic leadership and drive overall business growth, profitability, and market expansion within Dubai and the UAE.
• Oversee full business operations including projects, commercial, finance, and business development functions.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale MEP projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.
• Develop and execute business strategies to secure high-value projects and strengthen market position.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, financial planning, and cost optimization.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, developers, consultants, and government entities.
• Drive operational excellence, governance, and organizational transformation.
• Lead and develop senior leadership teams to ensure long-term success.

Candidate Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in MEP
• Proven experience managing an MEP company at an executive level (not limited to operations)
• Strong experience within the Dubai/UAE market
• Demonstrated success in business growth and leadership
