Lead the delivery of a flagship 100MW data centre in one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital infrastructure markets.

We are supporting a leading client-side developer on the delivery of a new-build hyperscale data centre (100MW) in Oslo. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role on a mission-critical project from an early stage, driving MEP excellence from concept through to commissioning.

The Role

As Senior MEP Project Manager, you will take ownership of all MEP packages across the project lifecycle, acting as the key interface between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading MEP delivery on a large-scale data centre project (100MW)
• Managing EPC/GC contractors and specialist subcontractors
• Client Reporting, and solutions-orientated Project Management
• Driving programme, quality, and technical compliance
• Overseeing design coordination and value engineering
• Supporting procurement strategy and contractor selection
• Ensuring successful testing, commissioning, and handover'

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
• Strong background in MEP project management (client-side or contractor)
• Experience managing large-scale projects (€100M+ MEP value)
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
