Senior Product Manager Payments
Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience working in a fastpaced clientfocused environment You will be working in a crossfunctional team of designers developers and QA to build a worldclass platform payments product focused on the B2B2C space We welcome candidates with proven experience building established fintech products specifically in payment facilitation acquiring or fullstack payment solutions for platforms marketplaces
Responsibilities
Work with various stakeholders including Product Legal Marketing Customer Support to understand and execute on the product roadmap
Work with external partners to integrate thirdparty services into the core platform
Design and build platform payment solutions that create great business and cardholder experiences and solve user pains
Gather requirements and create specifications for the engineering team
Own the product roadmap and define and report on KPIs
Own the product backlog and prioritize work in sprints
Write user stories and groom them for sprint planning
Remove roadblocks for the engineering team at a business level to help with daytoday delivery
Work with customer support to identify prioritize and resolve production issues
Document functional nonfunctional requirements and release notes for internalexternal stakeholders
Look at product analytics and user feedback to iterate upon existing features and to inform key product decisions
Perform user research to understand cardholder behaviour and pains
Hold product demos for internalexternal stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
810 years of work experience in product management
Ability to dive into the technical details as required
Proven experience as a product manager working on mobile and web applications building and managing acquiring payment facilitation or fullstack payment solutions for platforms
Experience building in payments or at established fintechs
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences
Ability to execute high value projects while dealing with competing priorities
Ability to think strategically and solve shortterm problems while continuing to focus on longterm needs of the business
Technology and designfocused individual with a strong understanding of agile development processes
Degree in engineering computer science or equivalent and product management experience
