Job Title: Game Partner Engineer

Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and improve products.
• Develop scalable solutions for complex problems.
• Design end-to-end systems and go-to-market strategies.
• Foster productive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality project and integration engagements.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor peers.
• Influence decision-making through data presentation.
• Participate in onboarding new team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a software engineer with production-quality code.
• Proficiency in PHP, Python, Java, or JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong software design and architecture skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field (completed prior to joining).
• Experience with data analytics for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in the video games industry.
• Client-facing experience and contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience in collaborative environments and multi-person codebases.
