We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead system integration and digital transformation initiatives under the Enterprise Technology division.
This is a hybrid role combining Project Management, Product Ownership, and Business Analysis, where the individual is expected to drive not only delivery execution, but also shape solutions that deliver real business value.
The role spans the full lifecycle — from discovery and MVP delivery to long-term solution ownership, portfolio growth, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, operates with strong ownership, and is capable of bridging business, design, and technology to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership
- Own and drive full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and post-go-live support
- Manage scope, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Take accountability for delivery outcomes, not just activities
2. Product Ownership & Value Delivery
- Define and prioritize product backlog aligned with business goals
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and operational impact
- Balance business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility
- Continuously evaluate whether delivered features solve the right problems
3. Business Analysis & Discovery
- Lead requirement gathering through stakeholder engagement and on-site discovery
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital transformation
- Define MVP scope with clear prioritization and trade-offs
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product Designers to define user journeys and system workflows
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure scalable and feasible designs
- Align business stakeholders, designers, and developers toward common goals
- Drive decision-making in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
5. MVP Delivery & Iterative Execution
- Lead MVP delivery using Agile and iterative approaches
- Drive rapid prototyping, testing, and stakeholder validation
- Facilitate demos, feedback loops, and continuous refinement
- Ensure solutions are practical and usable in real operations
6. Quality, Risk & Delivery Assurance
- Oversee UAT planning and execution
- Ensure delivery meets quality, performance, and business expectations
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before escalation
- Maintain delivery predictability and stakeholder confidence
7. Portfolio Growth & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous enhancement of solutions based on user feedback and data insights
- Identify opportunities to expand system capabilities and improve workflows
- Manage post-MVP roadmap and prioritize enhancements
- Build scalable and reusable solutions across multiple projects
- Contribute to long-term digital transformation initiatives across clients
Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to break down business problems into structured solutions
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, IoT, ERP, or operations-driven environments
- Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g. OutSystems)
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
- PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certifications
