About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Binance DEX, including on-chain trading and liquidity monitoring.
• Research and analyze prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket) and on-chain trading trends.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.
• Track trading metrics, user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support product launches.
  
  

Requirements

• Have hands-on prediction market / on-chain trading experience.
• Familiar with AI applications to boost productivity.
• Able to pick up new Web3 and DeFi concepts quickly.
• Basic analytics skills (spreadsheets, dashboards).
• Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Available 5 days/week for 3–6 months longer durance is a plus.
