LaSalle Network is hiring a Talent Analytics Data Analyst (Contract) to support a high-impact Talent Acquisition team in Chicago. This Talent Analytics Data Analyst will evaluate and enhance existing Power BI reporting across People Analytics workspaces, partnering closely with recruiters and leadership to drive smarter hiring decisions. What’s the job?

• Evaluate and enhance existing Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models
• Improve and optimize DAX measures for performance and accuracy
• Build and refine Power Query (M) transformations
• Expand data model coverage to meet evolving business needs
• Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to align reporting with hiring goals
• Maintain clear, organized documentation for all reporting artifacts

What’s needed?

• 5+ years of analytics experience
• Advanced Power BI expertise (reports, dashboards, semantic models)
• Strong DAX and Power Query (M) skills
• Solid SQL experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
