The Role

• Support the commercial team with business initiatives, including tracking promotional activities and performance metrics.

• Build strong relationships with various business functions to implement best-in-class procedures.

• Apply project management techniques to define project requirements and ensure timely task completion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic business plans and achieve objectives.

• Design and deploy tailored dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to drive commercial actions.

• Provide commercial insights, trends, and intelligence to leadership by translating complex data into actionable insights.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

• 7 years of relevant experience in a commercial analytics or sales support role.

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, database development (e.g., MS Access, SQL), Salesforce (SFDC), and data visualization tools (Power BI).

• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.

• A strong blend of technical knowledge and business acumen.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
