Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that align with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. This role emphasizes Agile delivery, data-driven decision making, and PMI-based governance. The PM will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring visibility through executive dashboards and standardized workflows. Success in this role requires strong leadership, Jira administration expertise, risk management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across distributed teams.
What You Will Do
- Partner with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, define project scopes, and ensure alignment between strategic goals and delivery expectations.
- Lead project planning activities including scheduling, milestone development, resource coordination, RAID management, and cross‑functional readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Translate complex business needs into structured project plans, timelines, documentation, and coordinated execution.
- Document project charters, workflows, delivery plans, current and future state process maps, and decision logs in alignment with Concorde PMO governance.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive briefings, and cross‑functional discussions.
- Support team-level execution by understanding Agile and Scrum workflows.
- Coordinate with technical teams for alignment between requirements, design, operations, and implementation.
- Oversee UAT readiness, validation, and requirements traceability.
- Manage communication, risk mitigation, dashboards, and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor implemented solutions for adoption, sustainability, and value.
- Track budgets, timelines, resources, and proactively identify risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end in operational, technical, compliance-driven, or cross-functional environments.
- Ability to translate business objectives into structured plans, actionable workstreams, and comprehensive documentation.
- Strong competency in critical thinking, structured problem solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions and build productive working relationships.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and the Scrum Master role.
- Experience working within structured delivery frameworks including hybrid, Agile, and waterfall.
- Strong organizational discipline and documentation accuracy.
- Commitment to continuous learning and PM capability growth.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and adaptability.
- Demonstrated specialty in Operational Delivery, Systems Implementation, Data/Analytics, or Enterprise Initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with hybrid Agile-PMI experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with vendor coordination and compliance governance.
