Sales Executive

Job description:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting fitness services, and building strong client relationships within the gym. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs.
• Actively engage with walk-in clients, leads, and prospects to convert them into members.
• Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, services, and membership options.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and events to attract new members.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups in the system.
• Collaborate with fitness trainers and the operations team to deliver a positive client experience.
• Stay updated on fitness industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
• The applicant must be physically fit, with a neat and athletic appearance.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
• Fitness background or personal interest in health & wellness is an advantage.
