Role

Ping Identity (ForgeRock) Developer

Purpose:

• The purpose of this role is to provide foundational support in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Ping Identity (ForgeRock)-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including SSO and identity services within the organization.
• The position ensures that users, applications, and partners can securely and seamlessly access resources using modern authentication and identity protocols.
• The Associate will work closely with senior IAM engineers to support integrations, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to the overall stability and security of the enterprise IAM ecosystem.

Main Priorities:

• Support IAM & SSO Integrations – Assist in configuring and maintaining SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations using Ping Identity / ForgeRock components (AM, IDM, IG)
• Day-to-Day Operations – Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to IAM, authentication, and access services
• Identity & Access Management – Support user lifecycle management, access policies, and identity workflows
• Certificate & Security Management – Help manage SSL/TLS certificates and ensure secure IAM integrations
• Collaboration & Support – Work with senior IAM engineers on deployments, incident resolution, and service improvements
• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain documentation of configurations, policies, and processes for audit and compliance
• Learning & Development – Build expertise in Ping Identity / ForgeRock technologies and IAM ecosystem

Key Outputs:

• Configured IAM Integrations – Successfully established SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations
• Operational Stability – IAM services running with minimal downtime and authentication issues
• Issue Resolution Logs – Documented troubleshooting and resolution of IAM-related incidents
• Certificate Updates – Timely renewal and management of SSL/TLS certificates
• Documentation Repository – Updated configuration guides, runbooks, and process documentation
• Compliance Support – Adherence to IAM security, access control, and audit requirements
