Middle Business Analyst

Indeema Software is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Team.

• At least 2 years of experience including collaboration with clients;
• Upper-intermediate or Advanced English;
• Experience of BA activities on all project stages: discovery, analysis, design, implementation, testing, transition, maintenance;
• Strong requirements elicitation skills (interview, document analysis, workshops, brainstorming, market research);
• Experience in process analysis and modeling techniques (UML, Flowcharts, Use Cases, Business oriented story writing);
• Strong skills in writing different level requirements documentation (Vision, Scope, BRD, SRS, FRS, Use Cases, User Story with Acceptance Criteria);
• Hands-on experience with dealing with customers directly;
• Deep understanding of product functionality from both business and technical perspectives;
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience in Agile methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in structuring requirements to make them clear and understandable for all stakeholders;
• Experience in working on two or more projects in parallel;
• Basic principals UX/UI knowledge;
• Product thinking.

• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, development and design teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs;
• Various documentation development and maintenance (User stories, Acceptance criteria, Story maps, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);
• Define quality attributes (non-functional requirements);
• Mockups/Wireframes validation and presentation of designs to stakeholders;
• Assist Team - collaborate on clarifying business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria during product development, ensuring any blockers are understood, and proposing alternate solutions when necessary;
• Gather and analyze the business, user, and solution requirements;
• Lead the discovery and pre-sale phase(workshops, interviews, research);
• Develop and organize product backlog;
• Set up a knowledge base and organize knowledge sharing with the team.
