Data Insights Specialist

Hybrid work for Lviv region candidates, remote for other Ukrainian locations.

With you we will:

• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, correlations, anomalies, and business implications.
• Validate and prepare datasets for analysis and modelling, ensuring quality, completeness, and compliance with governance standards.
• Develop, evaluate, and deploy advanced analytics solutions to support strategic and operational business decisions.
• Interpret analytical results and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Create stakeholder-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Python or similar tools.
• Maintain analytics solutions across the full lifecycle, ensuring reliability, compliance, and ongoing business relevance.
  
  

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a data-driven role, ideally in analytics, IT, or business operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explore, interpret, and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Python or R for analysis and visualization.
• Demonstrated experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), preparing and validating datasets, and developing statistical or forecasting models.
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate: spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to data quality, ensuring reliable inputs and outputs for business decision-making.
