Job Title: Senior Developer (WordPress + Laravel)

The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality web applications, preferably for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using WordPress and Laravel
- Manage and mentor a team of at least 5 developers, ensuring productivity and code quality
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and build custom modules
- Develop robust backend systems using Laravel framework
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and global stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development
- Strong expertise in WordPress (theme & plugin development, REST APIs)
- Strong experience with Laravel Framework
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Familiarity with API integrations and third-party services
- Knowledge of web security best practices
- Experience in performance optimization and caching techniques
- Mandatory experience working on international projects/clients (UK, USA, or other global markets)
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 4-5 developers
- Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills, especially in a global/client-facing environment
