Job Summary
The HR Executive will manage end-to-end human resource operations from India within a full-time remote work structure. This role ensures structured recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance tracking, compliance alignment, and internal coordination across departments.
The position directly supports organizational growth by building stable teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and strengthening workplace discipline. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with department heads, leadership teams, and finance to ensure workforce stability and productivity.

Note: This is a remote role; however, it includes a 10–15% travel requirement for campus recruitment, on-site training, and other national or international HR-related activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding for remote roles
- Conduct in-person employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and performance discussions when required
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, attendance systems, payroll coordination, and compliance records
- Coordinate with leadership on workforce planning, hiring needs, and retention strategies
- Prepare monthly HR reports covering hiring metrics, attrition rates, and performance tracking
- Support commercial discussions related to compensation structuring and offer negotiations
- Ensure employee retention through structured engagement programs and effective policy communication

Qualifications

Experience
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resource management is mandatory. Experience must include recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, compliance documentation, and handling of remote workforce environments within structured organizations.
