Job Description

  • 7–10+ years of experience in program management or technical project delivery.
  • Strong experience with one or more enterprise MDM platforms.
  • Transitioning from Org 62 to Informatica.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Experienced in at least in one of the following engagements - Data Projects, Data Management, Data Governance
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories.
  • Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.
  • Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Support cross-team coordination and alignment in multi-team environments.

Understanding Of

  • Master data models & hierarchies
  • Data quality processes & governance
  • Data integration methods (ETL/ELT, APIs, batch, real‑time)
  • Data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
